Ford , I have a 2016 Ford Explorer with 56,000 miles on it she was going down a hill it decided to downshift itself and then the wrench light came on. This is no fault of my own, I did not see any recall on this vehicle. I bought it in February of 2019, and it has been nothing but problems since. Please help.
